At home there is only chaos?
Who can help us?
Sometimes it looks like there is no way out. Parents don’t talk to each other anymore, children become aggressive and withdrawn, normal pleasant conversations are no longer possible. On top of all that there are often money worries and legal issues. Then we are there to support and help.
Together we’ll search for alternatives and strategies to solve your problems and to get some positive energy going. In such situations it is always our first priority to stabilize the situation and to reach a point where all concerned parties treat each other with respect and care, chiefly in the interest of the children’s wellbeing.
We have the resources to provide support with:
- serious conflicts at home (youth and family guidance, educational assistance, clearing, flexible family support
- educational problems (parenting support, parenting classes, support groups)
- financial problems (“Schulkramkiste” provides school materials)
Help is provided either directly through us (free) or via the youth welfare office (costs are borne by the city of Bielefeld). These services are available to all people in Bielefeld. Of course we are bound by the confidentiality principle.
