Where do I find care, nursing and support?
Should you or a dependant be suddenly faced with the challenges of old age, uncomplicated help and answers are often needed quickly.
With our Diakonie stations we help you to cope and to maintain a self-determined life, also in the case of illness or in need of nursing in your own familiar environment.
We will visit you or your dependants regularly at home and provide kind and professional nursing care and support. We will also put you in touch with other respite services.
The Diakonie stations provide:

- care for people with dementia
- help with everyday tasks
- emergency and holiday care

- referrals to additional care providers
Your individual requirements and needs are always our top priority. Together we will work out the type and scope of the help you need and we will decide on the measures that need to be taken.
