How can I find somewhere to stay?
When you get out of prison, you need somewhere to turn to for help with your future life. Our central full-time rehab facility is right in the centre of town; there you can stay for a limited period of time if you have just been in prison or before you have to go into prison. There you find get professional help and support.
After applying to us in writing or by phone, we will get to know each other in an interview – you can also stay with us for a trial period. As a detainee, you can stay with us during your time out on parole.
In addition to offering accommodation, we also offer advice, support and referrals with:
- personal problems
- search for work and permanent accommodation
- educational measures
- matters concerning authorities
- financial issues
- problems with addiction
- matters concerning your dependants
- organising your free time
The costs of staying at our shelters are usually borne by the regional welfare agency.
